I love photographing weddings at Piney Lake. Located in the mountains of Vail, Colorado the venue is a wedding photographers dream. The light, the colors, the beautiful back drop screams mountain wedding. When I first met with Seth and Kattie I knew we were going to be a good fit. Seth had found me through the Wedding Photojournalist Association and Kattie was referred to me by my friend and one of Colorado’s finest wedding photographers Julie Harris. Both are extremely creative Seth works in the film industry and Kattie for national geographic. The ceremony and reception was filled with emotion making my job extremely easy. Kattie and Seth are well traveled and heading to Peru for their honeymoon. I must say I’m quite jealous of the adventure they are about to embark on.

Preston- So awesome! We cannot wait to see more. We are halfway to Lima and this helped to bring the day back to us so vividly. We will talk soon and send along a few of our amateur pics from the Andes and Amazon.
